Hello! Welcome to Jen's Helping Hands! My name is Jennifer and I have been a massage therapist since January 2003. Massage therapy is a great way to relax or rejuvenate tired muscles and to help you with your aches and pains. Blending deep tissue and relaxing swedish massage to create a therapeutic treatment customized for each client is what I enjoy most. My specialty is focusing on the back, shoulders and neck, but wherever you ache, I can help! I believe that massage doesn't have to "hurt" in order for it to work. My goal is to help you relax and start you on your journey of being stress and pain-free! All massages start and end at your scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, not at your appointment time, so you can receive your full scheduled service. Thank you for following these guidelines. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Insurance massages will be charged 50% of my normal rate.
